If the Ship It bundle isn't what you hoped, you get your money back. This page says exactly how, with no fine print designed to wear you down.
The 14-day window
You have 14 days from the day you pay to request a full refund of the bundle, no reason required and no questionnaire to fill in. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and we'll refund the same way you paid, usually within a few working days.
After the workshop runs
The one sensible limit: if you've already attended the live workshop, the 14-day refund no longer applies to it, because the service has been delivered. If your 14 days pass and you simply haven't booked a workshop date yet, contact us — we'll either help you book or work something out. The ebook and recordings, being digital and immediately available, are covered by the 14-day window rather than an open-ended return.
Membership tier
The Bundle + Membership tier follows the same 14-day rule. If you refund within the window, membership access ends and you keep nothing further. Refund after attending a workshop is limited as above, but the membership portion is still refundable pro-rata for the untouched period during the window.
Rescheduling a workshop
Life happens. If you can't make your booked date, tell us before it starts and we'll move you to a later session at no cost — that's a reschedule, not a refund, and there's no limit on how many times you can do it. Miss a session without telling us and you'll simply pick a new date; you don't lose your seat.
Your legal rights
As a customer in France and the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal on distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived when you ask for instant access — but our voluntary 14-day policy is at least as generous, so in practice you're covered either way. Nothing here reduces rights you hold under French consumer law.
How to reach us
Refund requests, reschedules, and questions all go to [email protected]; we reply within one working day. A real person reads every one.
