These terms cover reading Nexframe Journal and ordering the Ship It bundle. By using the site or sending an order, you're agreeing to them. They're written to be readable; nothing here is a trap.
Reading the journal
The articles are free to read. You're welcome to learn from them, adapt the ideas, and reference them. Please don't republish whole articles as your own or scrape the site wholesale — a linked quote is fine, a mirror is not.
Using the code samples
Code shown in the articles and shipped with the bundle is provided so you can learn from it and build on it. You may use it in your own projects, commercial or otherwise. You may not resell the ebook, workshop recordings, or the sample engine as a standalone product. The samples are teaching material, not a warranted library — see the disclaimer.
Orders and payment
Sending the order form is a request, not a completed purchase. We reply with an invoice and a payment link; the agreement is formed when you pay. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future orders, but the price on your invoice is the price you pay. We may decline or cancel an order if it looks fraudulent or abusive, and refund anything already paid.
Workshop conduct
The live workshop is a small, focused session. Be civil to the other attendees, don't record it yourself (you get the official recording), and don't share your access link. Access is for one person — the one who ordered.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, or probe the site, don't submit other people's details through the forms, and don't use the newsletter or contact channels to send spam. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Liability
We work to keep the journal accurate and the bundle useful, but we provide both "as they are." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site, the code, or the materials. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under French consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
If we update these terms, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update. Questions go to [email protected]. French law governs these terms.
