Nexframe Journal is run by one person, and this note is written the same way — plainly. It explains what happens to the details you hand us through the order form, the contact form, and the newsletter box. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and I'll answer in my own words.
What we collect
Only what the forms ask for. The order form takes your name, email, phone number, chosen plan, and any note you add. The newsletter box takes your email. We do not ask for, store, or process payment card numbers anywhere on this site — invoicing happens separately, after you've sent the form.
Why we collect it
Your contact details exist so we can do the thing you asked for: send you an invoice and workshop dates for the Ship It bundle, reply to a message, or deliver the weekly build-log digest. We don't buy, sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't build advertising profiles from it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while your access to the bundle and workshop is active, plus the period French and EU accounting rules require us to retain transaction-related correspondence. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe — every digest carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it removes you promptly.
Who can see it
Practically speaking, I do — plus the email and hosting providers that carry the messages, acting only on our instructions. Nobody else. Form submissions are written to a private file on the server, not exposed publicly.
Your rights
Because we operate in France, the GDPR applies. You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted; you can also object to a particular use. Write to [email protected] and we'll act on it within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you may complain to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and reads
We use a small number of cookies to remember your cookie choice and count article reads. The details live on the cookie page. You can clear or block them in your browser at any time without breaking the site.
